Textile landscape collage
Cut, layer, hang
Scrap fabrics, landscape inspiration, and a couple of hours to make something only you could make.
June's Craft Night at Altitude is a relaxed, creative evening built around texture, colour, and using materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Bring an idea in your head. Or show up empty and let the fabric tell you what to make.
What you'll do
Sort through a pile of reclaimed fabrics, build a landscape that means something to you (the Rockies, your hometown, somewhere you've never been), and learn simple techniques for layering texture and colour.
What you'll take home
A finished fabric landscape ready to hang on your wall, mount on your fridge, or gift to someone you like.

Craft Nights at Altitude is Banff Pride's monthly gathering for anyone who wants to spend a couple of hours making, moving, or building something with their hands. One Tuesday a month, we take over a room, lay out the supplies, and open the door to the whole community.
Some nights are quiet and tactile. Others are loud and a little ridiculous. All of them are beginner-friendly, queer-centred, and built on the simple idea that craft and company go well together. No experience required. No pressure to be good. Just show up.
