Want to help bring Banff Pride to life in the heart of the Rockies? Join our volunteer crew and be part of the team helping create welcoming, community-driven celebrations throughout the festival.

No experience needed, just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in and help out.

  • Roles Include:
    Event setup & teardown

    • Guest check-in & ticketing

    • Performer support

    • Merch & info booth

    • Accessibility & crowd support

    • Parade and march coordination

    • Social media content help

    • Floaters, runners, & last-minute legends

  • You get to meet amazing people, give back to your community and get free access to select events!
