We want you

You're between 18 and 30, eager to build something real, and genuinely invested in being part of Banff's community. While we have no office space and all work is remote-friendly, we need you physically present and visibly engaged in Banff throughout the summer. This means either being eligible to reside in Banff or having reliable access to commute to Banff regularly. You're comfortable with occasional evenings and weekends when events or urgent projects require it. This isn't a work-from-anywhere role. We're building community, and that requires you to show up in person.
