Start Banff Pride Festival 2026 with heart, purpose, and visibility!
Join us on Friday, October 2 at 4:00 PM for the Pride March & Flag Raising, an energizing community gathering that kicks off 10 days of queer celebration in the mountains.
We’ll meet at the Bear Street Parking Lot (across from the Bison Courtyard) and march together, colorful, loud, and proud up Bear Street to Wolf Street and down Banff Avenue to Central Park. As we arrive at the park, we’ll raise the Pride Flag high and hear powerful words from local 2SLGBTQIA+ voices and allies.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time or a longtime local, this event welcomes all who believe in equality, love, and community. Bring your signs, your friends, and your fabulous self.
