Craft Night: Embroidery & Decorative Hoops Workshop

Embroidery & Decorative Hoops Workshop

Get crafty, get connected, and get creative at Banff Pride’s monthly craft nights! This all-ages, sober, and inclusive program is designed for the 2SLGBTQ+ community (and allies!) to come together and make something amazing. Each month features a new low-cost activity—think zine-making, stitching, painting, or upcycling clothes—all in a laid-back, judgment-free space. No experience necessary, just bring your fabulous self and a willingness to create, connect, and have fun!

Thursday Mar 27, 7:00 PM

Come play with the art of embroidery and create your very own decorative hoops using recycled fabrics. In this workshop we’ll go through some embroidery basics to help you create a little work of art of a simple landscape or daily mantra that can be hung on your wall to remind you of what keeps you going. A great way to get creative with no previous embroidery skills needed.
