Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1) Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (or pickup date).
Items must meet the eligibility requirements below.
2) What Can Be Returned
Eligible items must be:
Unused, unworn, unwashed
In original condition (and original packaging where applicable)
With tags/labels attached (if applicable)
3) What We Can’t Accept (Non-Returnable Items)
For health, hygiene, and practicality, we do not accept returns on:
Underwear, swimwear, socks, and intimates
Earrings and pierced jewelry
Opened beauty/body products
Food and beverage items
Digital products (downloads, gift cards, tickets, or digital content)
Final sale / clearance items
Custom or made-to-order products
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, these exclusions don’t apply, see Section 6.
4) Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges through the website at this time. The fastest option is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
If you’re unsure about sizing or product details before ordering, contact us, we’ll help you pick the right fit the first time.
5) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing typically takes 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund and we’ll cover shipping in these cases.
7) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
8) How to Start a Return

The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for the return (helps us improve)
We’ll reply with next steps and the return instructions.
