Sarain Fox
Indigiqueer Stories on Screen & Stage
Join us for an unforgettable evening of truth-telling, storytelling, and visibility with one of Canada’s most powerful Indigenous voices.
On Saturday, October 4 from 6:30–8:30 PM at Lux Cinema, Banff Pride presents Sarain Fox, Anishinaabe activist, broadcaster, and filmmaker. The evening begins with a screening of the short film Indigiqueer, followed by an inspiring talk from Sarain on reclaiming space, identity, and the intersections of being Indigenous and queer.
From the frontlines of advocacy to the front row of storytelling, Sarain’s work is rooted in culture, resilience, and the unapologetic beauty of Two-Spirit and Indigiqueer identities.
Come listen, learn, and witness stories that deserve centre stage.
